This website (esin.gg) is a personal portfolio operated by Sergey Esin ("I", "me"). It is intentionally simple: there are no accounts, no forms, no cookies set by me, and no database. This policy explains the small amount of data that is still involved in serving the site and in you contacting me.
Nothing directly. The site does not use contact forms, sign-ups, analytics tools, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not store any information you enter — there is nothing to enter.
The site is hosted on Railway. Like almost any web host, the hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information about requests — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security and operational purposes. I don't use these logs to identify visitors. Railway processes this data under its own privacy policy.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic request details. Google describes this processing in its privacy policy.
The "Get in touch" button opens your own email app to write to sergey@esin.gg. If you email me:
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking scripts.
If you've emailed me, you can ask at any time what information I hold from our correspondence, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — just email sergey@esin.gg. I handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent they apply.
If the site ever starts collecting more than described here (for example, adding a contact form or analytics), this policy will be updated first.
